Every time we visit the Meadview area to see our Land in Mead-O-Rama Unit 3, we make it a point to go Ken's Pizza and have the chili. It's great! Both my wife and I always enjoy it. That and the view of the Grand Wash Cliffs, make us feel like we are really in the country.

Why buy land and is it a good investment?
By: Land 4 You Admin on February 3, 2014, 5:03 pm
Investing in land is one of the most sound investment strategies available today and is a viable opportunity for investors, both large and small.
So why should you consider investing in land? Undeveloped land offers several investment advantages that cannot be found in most developed real estate. Despite America's growing population, it is still possible to buy cheap land in remote areas across the United States. Located far from the bright lights and bustling streets of urban and suburban communities, these locales offer star-filled night skies as well as plenty of room to keep neighbors at a distance.

Kingman is a dynamic community with a robust growth rate. From modest beginnings in 1882 as a railroad siding, Kingman has grown immensely. Located in the heart of the longest remaining stretch of Route 66, Kingman continues to be an important stop for Americans and Europeans still searching for kicks on Route 66. Arizona can boast the longest stretch of Route 66 still in existence between Chicago and Los Angeles. Beginning just west of Ashfork and continuing from Seligman through Peach Springs, this stretch of the original road positions Kingman as the "Heart of Historic Route 66."
